Split level villa

A villa where the more private rooms are located on the entrance level (street level) wrapping themselves around the more public part of the villa - an open living room.

The living room faces a beautiful grove to the south and sits 60 cm lower from the street, making the grove more accessible as well as having a much higher ceiling height which lets in a very soft, northern, daylight.

The hallway between the public and the private parts of the building is designed as a multi-functional space with two bright circular skylights and views down to the living room.
