Courtyard villa

The building is situated on a corner plot with the street to the south and the west while surrounded by birch trees, moss and lava fields to the north and the east.

Due to the proximity of the street the building has a private courtyard which the building circulates around - serving the building as the true heart of the building.

The kitchen, dining room, living room and a master suite is located to the north and facing the dramatic landscape where as guest rooms, a TV room and the garage faces the street to the south and the west.

The floor plan has been further developed by Guðbjörg Magnúsdóttir, interior designer.
